Well it's Monday ~ are you ready?  I'm not either, but seeing this pretty mermaid and

dreams of the ocean are a pleasant thought for me, so I hope they are for you too!

Hearts on a Cupcake ~

Isn't she pretty? What I wouldn't give to have hair like that...well and the rest of that body too if I'm being truthful!  I found her at Bugaboo Stamps and I just knew she'd make a cute and girly birthday card!

This is probably the biggest card I've ever made.  It's 6 1/4" x 5" and it's part of my "use what you have" campaign.  I don't even know how many years ago I purchased these but they came with the envelopes, so I figured why not use them.  To go along with the theme I'm using some vintage Stampin' Up paper too ~ Go Me!

I LOVE daisies!  The simplest of flowers that bring such joy!

Pinch Proof ~

I could just squeeze this little ginger!  She is from Phindy's Place, who just happens to be going out of business so if you want her, or any of the other darling images she has, you'd better run over and scoop them up.  I also got some of the Mrs. Comfy images, they crack me up!

I watched some YouTube videos about using pastel pencils to add depth to skin and clothes, so I got two of them to try them out. While I'm happy about the skin, I'm on the fence about the shading of the clothes.  Maybe more practice and I'll feel better about them, or maybe just a different color is needed.  What do you think?

thank TracyMac on Splitcoaststampers for the idea to make shamrocks out of the hydrangea flower punch.  I never would have thought of it, and I love the idea!  The pink and green combo has always been a favorite of mine too!

Since St Pat's Day is next Monday, how about if we celebrate here all week!  I had
