This little purse is actually a gift card holder, and another one of the things I learned how to make in a class.  I made a card that kinda matches it, since I thought it would be a nice presentation.  Who doesn't like purses, especially when they have gift cards inside, right?!

Peace & Luv,

Hello there!  Two of my favorite gal-pals and I took a birthday gifts class last Friday evening and this is one of the things that we made, with a couple of exceptions.  I added the Pink Petticoat image on the side, because the original had us putting a clown there.  Well to be honest, clowns freak me out.  Sorry, they just do.  So I brought it home and added her and the bow to the top of the cake.

Thanks for inviting me along for another fun nite full of crafting together and laughs, and the pizza dinner afterwards!  Our instructor's name was Leslie, and I'll be showing you the rest of what we created this week, and more!  Take care!

Peace & Luv,
Is it Halloween already?...hehehe!!  No silly!  So here's my story...I've been wanting to watch the HBO series True Blood and I didn't want to start in the middle not knowing what was happening.  A co-worker of mine had the first season, and I've had it since before the holidays.  Well you know how that goes, we didn't have the time to watch them.  Well last weekend, since it was a 3 day and rainy here, Neal and I started it and then we couldn't stop.  Yes, we watched the whole season, all 12 episodes, and now we are both completely hooked!  I wanted to say thanks to her, and so this is what I made. She enjoyed it very much and we laughed so hard together talking about how over the top it is, and completely addictive at the same time!

The image is from Shirley's 2 Girls, and the paper is from DCWV's All Dressed Up stack.

Peace & Luv,

Happy Friday!  Well it's another boy card, but a bit more fun anyway.  I made this for our computer guy at work, so I wanted it to be a little bit more fun, just like he is.  He's gotten me out of more than one jam, so I gave him this and a package of little donuts...he seemed to enjoy them both!

The cardstock is from Stampin' Up; Tempting Turquoise, and the papers are from Crate Paper.  The funky stars are a punch.

Peace & Luv,
A few guy cards for work to share today, made with a sketch from Create with Connie and Mary.  I'm too late to enter them in the challenge, but I had great fun with this sketch and thought it was perfect.  I am on time to enter this into Paper Sundaes challenge for Masculine colors this week though, so yippee for me!

If you look at the top of the page here, you'll see that I added a tab called For the Boys.  I thought it would be cool to add these, and some of the others that I've done as a quick reference.  So if you've got to come up with something manly-man, I hope this will help you!

I used some papers from a stack that I do not know the name of because the cover of it fell off...whoopsie!  I want to say it had something to do with Groovy in the name?  Probably why I was immediately drawn to it, ya?  The cardstock that I used is from Stampin' Up; Chocolate Chip and Always Artichoke.  I've got 13 to make for March, I've only got 10 more to go......stay tuned!

I'd also like to say thank you...I have 50 followers now and that makes me very happy!  Now if I could get 50 comments, well that would be time for a par-tay!!

Peace, Luv & Happy Friday-Eve!
