Happy Tuesday and the 23rd day before Christmas! Yikes! These merry & bright cards are also downloads paired with a K&Company patterened background on the green one. Still using Earth Elements markers and papers so I sound like a broken record, but this is just what I'm into right now, sorry. Then add some ribbons and rhinestones and you've got yourself some fun Christmas cards.

Here is a picture of the projects that my wonderful Stampin' Up gal Jan brought for us to learn, as well as just a small picture of some of the gals working away. It's the only picture that really turned out ok to post. Aren't these projects just the cutest?! The first is the bottom portion of a brown paper bag. The tan colored paper we stamped with the snowflakes then taped onto each side. I don't remember the name of the stamp set that we used, but it's new. We used an oval punch for the handles and tied it up with a ribbon to hold it together.

Second is a gift card holder, I should have taken a picture of the inside because it is stamped with a big flourish stamp with the Baja Breeze ink and the card slips into a center slot. Then there's that outer band that slips over the top on the outside to hold it all together.

Third is the cute little ornament made with 8 scallop circles of double sided papers taped together with the gold cording and beads on it put into the middle and then tied on the bottom.

Always a fun get together. Thanks so much Jan!!

Here's a picture of the one perfect rose I got from Neal last nite for our one year anniversary, even tho we've known each other for 14 years - another yikes, we finally live in the same state again! We were going to go out for dinner, but decided to stay in and so we put some steak on the grill and a couple of baked potatoes and had a couple of drinks and talked and laughed a lot.

Have a great day!

Peace and Luv,
