This one is for my niece Jessica, who will be graduating in May. She has so much going on right now as a senior. Prom, college decisions, etc. so when I saw the template for this dress on SCS, I thought of a party dress, and I knew I wanted to make it immediately. It was like playing with paper dolls again, sort of. The pattern is from Amber or bambi64 on SCS and here is the template . Thank you very much Amber! Then this song came to mind and I thought it fit perfectly. If you don't know this song, or haven't heard the lyrics in awhile - here are some of them, which I will put inside the card also:

I hope you never lose your sense of wonder,
You get your fill to eat but always keep that hunger,
May you never take one single breath for granted,
GOD forbid love ever leave you empty handed,
I hope you still feel small when you stand beside the ocean,
Whenever one door closes I hope one more opens,
Promise me that you'll give faith a fighting chance,
And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance.

I hope you dance....I hope you dance.

I hope you never fear those mountains in the distance,
Never settle for the path of least resistance,
Livin' might mean takin' chances but they're worth takin',
Lovin' might be a mistake but it's worth makin',
Don't let some hell bent heart leave you bitter,
When you come close to sellin' out reconsider,
Give the heavens above more than just a passing glance,
And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance.

I hope you dance....I hope you dance.

Recipe: Stamp - small flower from Time Well Spent. Wild Wasabi and some brown cardstock. Patterned paper is K and Company's Wild Saffron. Ink is Close to Cocoa. Ticket corner punch, sheer gold ribbon, rhinestones and pop dots.

Happy Friday....................and dance!!!!!!
